VACANCY IN UNIVERSITY OF JOS

Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the vacant positions of Senior lecturer, lecturer I, lecturer II and Technologist II in the following departments of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences in the University of Jos.
Departments of Clinical Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Pharmacongnosy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Technology

Requirements/Qualifications
SENIOR LECTURER I Candidates must possess Ph.D. degree in relevant field plus 9-15 yrs experience in teaching and research in University. Must be able to initiate,develop and supervise research projects; and must have scholarly publications in reputable journals and incase of textbooks by reputable publishers.
Lecturer I possess B.Pharm and M.Sc in relevant areas plus six years experience in teaching and research in University. Must be able to initiate,develop and supervise research projects; and must have scholarly publications in reputable journals and incase of textbooks by reputable publishers.
Lecturer II possess B.Pharm and M.Sc in relevant areas with at least 3yrs post-qualification experience and must demonstrate ability to carry out research
Technologist II Possess B.Sc. or HND in Science laboratory Tech, and must be certified member of ANIST. in addiotion candidates must have passed the WAEC/NECO exams with alest 4 creditsincluding English lang.
SALARIES
Senior lecturer CONUASS 5 (N1,653,415.00 - 2,348,299.00) per annum
Lecturer I CONUASS 4 (N1,122,751.00-N1,44,55.00/annum
Lecturer II CONUASS 3 (N897,501.00-N1,074,314.00/annum
Technologist II CONTISS7(N579,391.00-N857,305.00/annum
